DSA (Double Seal Action) connection with dual structure: the coronal part is conical and acts as a guide for inserting the abutment. Its high precision manufacture allows to obtain a strong bacterial seal. The more internal part is hexagonal and is used to stabilize the stump and reposition the prosthesis.

Platform switching. The TiSmart Ø4.0 mm implant allows a prosthetic switch of 0.5 mm.
The coils, which have a double function thanks to their adjustable structure, allow to tune the implant’s primary stability to the bone’s hardness while inserting it.
The micro-threading in the coronal part has the objective of reducing bone reabsorption, hence improving aesthetic performance in the long term.
The apical incisions allow the implant to become self-taping and easy to insert, increasing its anti-rotational properties.

Surgical sequence Ø 4.0

For the correct insertion of the Ti Smart Ø 4.0 implant, we recommend following the surgical protocol:

1. Use the lanceolate drill (TFRLANC) up to the marking (recommended n. revs = 800 rpm).
2. Use the 2 mm start-up drill (TFRC20) with the appropriate stop of the same height as the implant being inserted (recommended n. revs = 800 rpm).
3. Insert the parallelism indicator and check for any disparallelism.
4. Use the conical drill (TFRK35) with the appropriate stop (recommended n. revs = 200-400 rpm).
5. Use the final conical drill (TFRK40) with the appropriate stop (recommended n. revs = 200-400 rpm).
6. In the case of D1 bone density, use the cortical drill (TFRKC40) up to the black laser marking (recommended n. revs = 200 rpm).
7. Insert the implant using the drivers (TSKDR/TSKINS). Recommended n. of revs 15-25 rpm
8. Close with the screw cap included in the package.
