PRIVACY NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA RELATING TO THE EVENT
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree No. 58/2019, LEADER MEDICA S.r.l. hereby informs you that it will collect your personal data through the completion of the Registration Form for this Event (CONFERENCE / CONGRESS / WORKSHOP / TRAINING COURSE IN DENTAL IMPLANTOLOGY), in full compliance with applicable national and European data protection legislation. LEADER MEDICA S.r.l. places great importance on the privacy of its users and adopts appropriate security measures to ensure the protection of the information collected.

METHODS OF PROCESSING AND TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED
Registration for the Event requires the collection and processing of personal and contact data provided by the User and strictly necessary for participation in the Event, including, but not limited to: first name, last name, company/institution, job title, profession, email address, and telephone number.
The Data Controller does not intend to process any special categories of personal data pursuant to Article 9 of the GDPR.
PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) Management and organization of the Event, including promotional activities related to the initiative, documentation of the Event (including audio and/or video recordings where applicable), as well as all organizational and administrative activities connected with participation, including registration management and the issuance of attendance certificates where applicable.
b) Information, promotional and marketing activities relating to initiatives, services and products offered by Leader Medica S.r.l., including the sending of informational and promotional communications by email regarding training courses, conferences, exhibitions and similar events organized or promoted by Leader Medica S.r.l., as well as advertising and promotional materials, including special offers and discounts.
c) Compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations arising under applicable national and European legislation, particularly in the areas of administration, taxation and accounting, as well as the management of contractual obligations and the protection of the Data Controller's rights, including in relation to insurance claims or legal proceedings.
d) Statistical analysis and market research aimed at evaluating users' level of satisfaction with the services and products provided.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND AUDIOVISUAL MATERIAL
In accordance with Articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Italian Copyright Law (Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941), photographs, audio recordings and video recordings taken during the Event, whether in person or online, may be published and distributed through Leader Medica S.r.l.'s communication channels, including websites and social media platforms, for scientific, educational and promotional purposes.
Such use may take place without limitation as to means (including social media, radio and television), duration, geographical area (Italy and abroad), or format, including any adaptation, editing or montage deemed appropriate by Leader Medica S.r.l.
The images shall remain the property of Leader Medica S.r.l., including in the event of changes in ownership, legal transformation or changes to the company's name.
Participation in the Event constitutes acknowledgement that the use of photographs, videos and other recorded images is granted free of charge and without entitlement to any compensation.
Leader Medica S.r.l. shall have no obligation to identify or mention the name of the individual appearing in such materials.

Providing data for the purposes described under point (d) is optional and does not affect participation in the Event.
DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
Personal data may be processed in paper, electronic and digital form.
The data will be retained only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, in compliance with applicable legal requirements and, where processing is based on consent, no longer than the withdrawal of such consent.
Retention periods vary according to the specific purpose of processing, after which the data will be securely deleted using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
To ensure the confidentiality and integrity of personal data, Leader Medica S.r.l. implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse.
The Data Controller does not carry out automated decision-making processes.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data may be accessed by employees and collaborators of the Data Controller who are duly authorized and instructed to process such data.
The data may also be processed by external legal entities or individuals engaged by the Data Controller in connection with the management of its relationship with users (such as internet service providers, communication and marketing agencies, consultants and third-party service providers) or for organizational purposes. Where applicable, such parties shall act as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.
Personal data will not be disclosed to the public, except for photographs and audiovisual material as described above.
The Data Controller does not intend to transfer Users' personal data to countries outside the European Union.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
The User has the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- object to the processing of personal data;
- access personal data;
- request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- obtain restriction of processing;
- request erasure of personal data;
- receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
- request the transfer of personal data to another data controller, where technically feasible.
