The implant features a 22° conical connection with an internal hex and is designed for subcrestal placement. According to the surgical protocol, insertion at a depth of 0.5–0.8 mm is recommended. It is distinguished by the design of its threads, which differs between the FIVE and TiSmart lines. 

The implant body is cylindrical in the coronal and central portions, while the apical portion has a tapered (truncatedcone) shape. This specific geometry promotes cortical bone healing and assists the surgeon in managing bone spaces, consistently ensuring excellent primary stability and an optimal aesthetic outcome.

The constant connection size, across all diameters, allows for prosthetic switching from 0.3 mm to 1.1 mm, depending on the implant diameter. This design helps reduce peri-implant bone resorption and consequently preserves the soft tissues by respecting the biological width, to the full benefit of long-term aesthetic outcomes.

The “Machined” surface in the first 0.5 mm is designed to reduce plaque accumulation, while the constant-pitch microthread significantly contributes to reducing bone resorption. Zero bacterial infiltration.
