MITO Zygomatic

Zygomatic juxta-sinus implants, an evolution of the intra-sinus technique with palatal access, make the surgical procedure simpler, reduce operating times, limit post-operative complications, and improve prosthetic function. In certain well-defined clinical situations, the zygomatic implant becomes the only therapeutic option for the patient.

Leader Medica has developed the MITO Zygomatic system, which incorporates this innovation and includes: a zygomatic implant with differentiated surfaces, designed to simplify surgery; a surgical kit specifically designed for the juxta-sinus technique, which contains the diamond burs used to create the bone “slot” that will guide the final bur; and a complete prosthetic component set, including MUA abutments up to 60°, allowing all different implant emergence challenges to be resolved prosthetically.

The implant, which has a completely cylindrical shape, is available in two diameters: 3.75 mm, suitable for cases with reduced zygomatic bone volume, and 4.20 mm, to be used when there is enough zygomatic bone.
