Ti Smart

TiSmart® is the conical and internal hexagonal connection implant by Leader Medica.
Made of 99% pure titanium, it is the perfect combination between tradition and innovation.
Available in 3 different diameters: 3.5, 4.0 and 4.8 and heights from 7 mm to 15 mm.

It comes in full treated and small machined versions with the micro-threaded part machined, in the first 0.8 mm.

The coronal part has an interior 6 degree angle, whereas the central part and apex are truncated cone-shaped. This particular shape improves the healing of the cortical bone and helps surgeons manage the bone gaps, guaranteeing the primary stability and perfect aesthetic results.

Cylindrical External Hexagon

Available in 3 different diameters: 3.25, 4.0 and 5.0 and heights from 7 mm to 15 mm, with three relevant Ø3.4, Ø4.1 and Ø5.0 mm platforms; it is compatible with all standard external hexagon implants in the market (h 0.7 mm, 2.5/2.7 mm wrench).

It combines the reliability and versatility of a traditional implant with Leader Medica quality.
Microthreaded on the coronal side and a 0.8 mm polished neck to fight bacterial proliferation.

Conical External Hexagon

Available in 3 different diameters: 3.25, 4.0 and 5.0 and different diameters in the apex. Heights from 7 mm to 15 mm, with three Ø3.4, Ø4.1 and Ø5.0 mm available platforms, it is compatible with all standard external hexagon implants (h 0.7 mm, 2.5/2.7 mm wrench).

It combines reliability and versatility of a traditional implant with Leader Medica quality.
Microthreaded on the coronal side and a 0.8 mm polished neck to fight bacterial proliferation.

The special thread with deep threads in the apex and less deep ones in the coronal area make it suitable for post-extraction sites.

Short

Useful for limited bone thicknesses to reduce the need of bone regeneration, guaranteeing all the Leader Medica quality.

Conical Internal Hexagon

Available in 3 different diameters: 3.25, 4.0 and 5.0 and heights from 8.5 mm to 15 mm. 
The relevant platforms are Ø3.4, Ø4.1 and Ø5.0 mm.
The morphology and thread are similar to the conical external hexagon implant. 

Main features: microthreaded on the coronal side, apical incisions which make the implant self-tapping, easy to insert and not rotating.

MACHINED Conical internal hex

In line with recent production trends, the implant was designed to meet the clinical need to rehabilitate patients suffering from parodontopathy, who are heavy smokers and who have other diseases, all factors which increase the risk of peri-implantitis. The implant surface, machined on a third of its height, is designed to slow down the inflammation process. It also guarantees, thanks to its reduced roughness, the easy removal of potential plaque deposits, which are jointly responsible for peri-implantitis.

Monophasic

The monophasic implant was designed to meet the clinical needs of monophasic spot welded dental implants.

Available in 4 different diameters, 3.3, 3.8, 4.5, 5.0 mm to make the implant very flexible.

Available in 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 mm heights corresponding to the side to implant; emerging side of 11.5 mm to add.
