The monophasic implant-prosthetic line, Top Implant System, was designed to meet the clinical needs of the newest monophasic spot welded dental implants. This technique allows one to immediately apply masticatory force loading (immediate loading). To obtain the possibility of immediate force, the primary stability must be efficient and that can be achieved by using a titanium thread welded between the implants.
Moreover, that implies the transmission of the masticatory forces to the bone tissue soon after intervention that consequentially causes the biological stimulation of the bone. The obtained metal structure becomes a very rigid base on which the prothesis can be anchored. Therefore, in the same session of the implant surgery, both the functionality and aesthetic are restored. The superficial treatment of the implant consists of two different acid-etching processes that make the surface suitable for attracting osteoblasts and then evolving them in osteoclasts for favoring osteointegration.
