Ti Smart

TiSmart® implant is made of 99% pure Titanium.
Available in 3 different diameters: 3.5, 4.0 and 4.8 and heights from 7 mm to 15 mm.
They come in full treated and small machined versions with the micro-threaded part machined, in the first 0.8 mm.

Implant body
The coronal part has an interior 6 degree angle, whereas the central part and apex are truncated cone-shaped. This particular shape improves the healing of the cortical bone and helps surgeons manage the bone gaps, guaranteeing the primary stability and perfect aesthetic results.

Surface
Made by a double acid-etched process that eliminates “sandblasting,” a possible source of aluminum contamination, has average roughness values (Ra=1.3 µ) that complies with the gold standards given in international literature and considered excellent in the activation of cellular differentiation processes and osteogenesis.
High BIC values guarantee high secondary stability.

D.S.A. Connection
The Double Seal Action Connection, is at double geometry: the coronal area is conical with an 11° angle and lets the proper insertion of the prothesis while also guaranteeing the best bacterial seal between the abutment and the implant. The inner part is hexagonal and is used to stabilize the abutment and position the prosthesis at 60° degrees intervals.

Platform Switching
The constant size of the connection for all diameters makes it possible for the prothesis switch of 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm and 0.9 mm according to the implant diameter in order to allow less peri-implant bone resorption and consequently the maintenance of soft tissues for improving the aesthetic performance over the long period.

Microthread
The L version, which comes with the first 0.8 mm machined, reduces bone resorption and improves long term performances. The machined surface reduces both the formation and accumulation of plaque and makes removal easier in order to guarantee better and long-lasting aesthetic results.

Threads
Threads have a variable geometry, deeper in the “cutting” apex profile and “flat” in the coronal area. While the implant is being inserted, the turns modulate the primary stability in all hardness conditions of the bone as well as in different clinical situations such as in post-extraction sites or breast lifts. The “double pitch” design allows for faster and non-traumatic screwing.

Apical incisions
Three or four incisions, depending on the diameter and the height of the implant, make the implant “self tapping” and facilitate its insertion. They also have excellent anti-rotation features.

Apex
Rounded to protect the critical anatomic structures, such as the mandibular nerve and the Schneiderian membrane.
